Your role & your tasks
- IT support & user assistance
Planning, coordination, and execution of first- and second-level support for our employees. You analyse and resolve hardware and software issues and support users in their daily use of our IT systems. - User and permissions management
Management of user accounts, email accounts, Teams, SharePoint, and access rights. You also support the structured onboarding and offboarding of new employees. - IT infrastructure & operations
Support in the operation and further development of our IT infrastructure, including end devices, networks, cloud services, as well as backup and recovery solutions. - IT security & compliance
Participation in the implementation of data protection, information security, and cyber security measures, as well as support in security audits and risk analyses. - Digitalisation & projects
Participation in IT and digitalisation projects, evaluation of new technologies, and support of departments in optimising processes and systems.
Your profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ, or a comparable IT qualification
- Initial professional experience in IT support or IT operations is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID)
- Interest in network, cloud, and security technologies
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment in pragmatically solving technical challenges
- High service and customer orientation as well as an independent working style
- Communicative and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written
- Category B driving licence for assignments in external branches
