Qualified Nurse with Case Management - Psychiatry 60% (a)

YOUR TASKS

  • Resource- and goal-oriented care and support of adults of all ages
  • Independently conducting conversations and accompanying therapeutic processes with the aim of supporting those affected in dealing with their burden and in independent daily living
  • Advice and support for relatives
  • Case management through planning, control and evaluation of the nursing process
  • Responsibility for careful and complete nursing documentation
  • Instruction, coaching and advice for employees of all competence levels and areas
  • Collaboration with employees, specialist departments and doctors

YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed nursing training at tertiary level
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatry as well as NANDA knowledge
  • Great interest and affinity for people in psychologically stressful situations
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, independence and flexibility
  • Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
