Working Student (m/f/d) AI Innovation & Process Automation (approx. 40-60%)

Job Description

• You analyse existing workflows in various teams and identify tasks together with the specialist departments that can be simplified or automated through AI.

• You evaluate and prioritise the identified use cases based on benefits, effort, risks, and data availability.

• You develop prototypes up to final solutions, e.g. with Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot), no-code/low-code tools (Power Automate, Make, Zapier), or simple Python scripts.

• You support the introduction of successful solutions into everyday work, measure their impact, and continuously optimise them.

• You create prompt templates, instructions, and best practices and train colleagues in the safe and effective use of AI tools.

• You monitor new developments in the AI market and proactively bring in relevant tools and ideas.

Requirements Profile

• You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in business informatics, computer science, data science, business administration, or a comparable course of study.

• You are enthusiastic about artificial intelligence and have already gained practical experience with generative AI tools – privately, during your studies, or at work.

• You think analytically and process-oriented and quickly recognise where workflows are inefficient.

• Initial experience with automation tools, Python, APIs, or data analysis is a plus but not a must.

• You work independently, like to get stuck in, and implement ideas pragmatically rather than just talking about them.
