Your area of responsibility
- Development and implementation of the group-wide HR strategy
- Harmonisation, standardisation and continuous optimisation of HR processes and HR policies
- Further development of modern HR instruments along the entire employee life cycle
- Establishment and implementation of group-wide standards in the areas of talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc.
- Sparring partner for the management and executives in all strategic HR matters
- Responsibility for organisational development as well as support of change and transformation processes
- Promotion of a modern corporate culture and strengthening of employer attractiveness
- Analysis of relevant HR key figures and derivation of appropriate measures for continuous improvement
Your profile
- Higher education in human resources, business administration or a comparable field (university of applied sciences, university or equivalent)
- Several years of leadership and management experience in an international HR function in an industrial environment of a Swiss company
- Sound experience in organisational development, change management as well as in building and further developing group-wide HR structures
- Proven project management competence as well as experience in digitalisation and optimisation of HR processes
- Confident appearance, high advisory as well as pronounced communication and social skills
- Integrity, entrepreneurial thinking leadership personality
- Fluent German and English skills; additional foreign languages are welcome
- Place of residence: Northwestern Switzerland
