... analyse extensive performance and cost data from the Swiss healthcare system and develop statistical methods and models for efficiency auditing and tariff controlling.

... create meaningful analyses, reports and visualisations and prepare complex results in an understandable way for different stakeholders.

... work in interdisciplinary projects with experts from data analysis, medicine and law and support technical clarifications as well as negotiations and court proceedings with data-based analyses.

... actively contribute to the further development of our methods and products and maintain exchange with our customers and partners.

... make a contribution to an affordable healthcare system.

Your profile | You…

... have a master’s degree in economics, data science or a comparable quantitative field.

... have at least two years of professional experience in data analysis or applied research.

... have sound knowledge of statistical methods and are confident in programming in at least one programming language for data analysis such as R, Python or Stata.

... work in a structured and careful manner, are a team player and have a good entrepreneurial sense.

... are flexible, dynamic and open to actively shaping change processes.

... communicate fluently in German or French and have good knowledge of the other language.
