To strengthen our HR department at the Hegnau ZH location, we are looking for a motivated individual who takes responsibility, enjoys working independently, and shapes the future together with us.

Your tasks

• Recruiting employees for the corporate group (e.g. caretakers, cleaners, gardeners)
• Classic recruiting / social media recruiting
• Creating and posting job advertisements
• Applicant selection, telephone interviews, conducting personal interviews
• Maintaining and expanding the talent pool
• Applicant administration, invitations, rejections, statistics, etc.
• Participation in the entire personnel service

Requirements

• Commercial school, basic commercial training or equivalent
• Further training in HR is an advantage
• Experience in recruiting or as a personnel consultant
• Experience in personnel administration
• Neat and well-groomed appearance
• Enjoyment of personal and telephone contact with people
• German / Swiss German, some English or other foreign languages such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese are an advantage
• Good PC skills
