Your job at a glance
What you achieve with us
- You ensure that credit transactions from private and commercial customers are processed smoothly and with high quality from decision to disbursement
- You are the contact person for internal and external partners – from customer advisors to notaries and land registries, as well as insurance companies and pension funds
- You review credit transactions with a trained eye and ensure that documentation, guidelines, and regulatory requirements are always complied with
- You actively contribute to process optimisations and projects and help to continuously develop our way of working
- If you enjoy helping people progress, you share your expertise as a co-practical trainer with our apprentices and career changers
What you bring with you
- You like to work precisely, think ahead, and want not only to do things correctly but also to improve them
- You work in a structured way, think holistically, and keep an overview even in complex cases, feeling perfectly at home in the back office
- You have completed training in the banking or finance sector, possess good expertise in financing, and bring several years of experience in credit processing or consulting
- You enjoy working in a team and are characterised by a very reliable, precise, conscientious, independent, and efficient working style
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite; experience with Avaloq is a plus
- Motivation to help shape change and take on responsibility
