To complete our purchasing department team, we are looking for a

Purchasing Assistant (Supply) 100%

Your mission:

You are the interface between suppliers and the company. You respond to encountered issues, propose solutions, and participate in the development of the supply department.

Your main tasks:

• Monitoring item sheets
• Managing minimum stock levels in collaboration with logistics and sales teams
• Managing orders, verifying order confirmations, and following up with suppliers
• Entering supplier invoices upon receipt of goods
• Handling complaints with suppliers in case of delivery problems
• Requesting and monitoring supplier lead times
• Requesting quotes from suppliers
• Communicating with the sales department to monitor delivery times
• Contacting suppliers for the return of defective goods or in case of delivery errors
• Monitoring supplier invoices for VAT purposes

Your profile:

• Commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent training
• Proven professional experience in supply management
• French: native language
• Good knowledge of English and German desired
• Excellent overall vision, good priority management, and rigor
• Punctuality, reliability, autonomy, flexibility, mobility, and stress resistance
