You want to help shape the digital transformation of the Canton of Lucerne and lead strategically important change projects from conception to implementation? You can expect a versatile programme management role in which you will decisively shape the digital administration of tomorrow. With the programme "Further Development of Digital Business Models" you will realign the organisation and management of IT and digital transformation in the cantonal administration.
Your tasks
- You design and manage strategically important programmes and projects of digital transformation and in particular advance the programme "Further Development of Digital Business Model" together with the stakeholders.
- You translate strategic goals into concrete steps and priorities. In doing so, you keep an eye on progress, resources, risks and dependencies and manage the programme proactively.
- You create orientation and binding guardrails for the involved projects, coordinate cross-cutting issues and ensure a coordinated implementation.
- You conduct demanding negotiations, bring together different interests from specialist departments, organisation and IT, and develop viable solutions across organisational boundaries.
- You prepare well-founded decision-making bases for relevant committees and actively shape the communication and change processes associated with the programme.
Your profile
- You have a university degree with relevant further training and bring several years of experience in managing demanding transformation and change projects.
- You bring many years of practical experience at a high professional level as well as proven experience in managing complex programmes and have led demanding changes from conception to implementation.
- You have a pronounced understanding of the interplay between organisation, processes, technology and change. You quickly grasp complex strategic issues and translate them into actionable solutions.
- You move confidently at different leadership and decision-making levels, bring together different interests and convince with strong communication, moderation and negotiation skills.
- You combine a willingness to shape, assertiveness and a good sense for people and organisations with a networked and solution-oriented way of thinking. Experience in large organisations or the public administration is an advantage.
