Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as an IT System Engineer. In this role, you take responsibility for the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems. You ensure the availability and performance of the systems. As a professional, you bring your experience and expertise to solve complex IT problems. You are an important part of the IT team and contribute to the smooth functioning of the IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
You design and implement customer solutions
In this role, you support the Lead SE in customer-specific projects
As an IT System Engineer, you create documentation for smooth operations
You handle incidents and customer enquiries
In this role, you assist with consulting, training, and preparing offers
You contribute to the further development of products and services
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ - platform development/system technology or a comparable qualification
You have several years of professional experience in IT system engineering or administration
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID
You have experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructures
You are familiar with virtualisation using VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V
You have experience in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as analysing complex technical faults
You are fluent in German
