About the job

For our Wohnen Basis service, in our external residential home in the heart of Zug's old town, we are looking for a personality immediately or by arrangement as

• Deputising for the team leader
• Accompanying, caring for and supporting clients with cognitive or psychological impairments in the complex management of their living and leisure activities
• Key worker duties
• Implementing and applying the Agogik framework concept
• Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies
• Assisting with daily household chores
• Administrative tasks

• Training in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
• Experience working with people with impairments
• Willingness to work irregular hours, on-call sleeping, weekend shifts
• Fluent oral and written expression in German
• Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Driving licence category B

• 5 weeks holiday up to age 50, then 6 weeks. Additionally, up to 4 weeks holiday purchase possible
