For our Wohnen Basis service, in our external residential home in the heart of Zug's old town, we are looking for a personality immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Deputising for the team leader
- Accompanying, caring for and supporting clients with cognitive or psychological impairments in the complex management of their living and leisure activities
- Key worker duties
- Implementing and applying the Agogik framework concept
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies
- Assisting with daily household chores
- Administrative tasks
Profile
- Training in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
- Experience working with people with impairments
- Willingness to work irregular hours, on-call sleeping, weekend shifts
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driving licence category B
