These are your tasks

Management and coordination of projects regarding quality, costs and deadlines
Technical and organisational leadership of the subordinate employees
Planning of employee deployment in the team (resource planning) in consultation with the department head
Solving demanding tasks
Coordination and execution of plan processing
Monitoring and management of specialist site supervision
Monitoring all QM requirements in the projects of subordinates
Checking and enforcing the schedule in all projects within the team (internal: planning of planning and external)

This is what you bring

Qualification as an electrical planner EFZ
Further education at a higher technical college such as electrical engineer FH, TS or equivalent training such as professional examination to become an electrical project manager
Experience in planning and realising demanding projects
Enthusiasm for current and modern technologies in the field of electrical engineering
High customer awareness
Conscientious character with goal-oriented working method and integral thinking
Innovative and dynamic personality with at least 10 years of professional experience
Strong social and methodological skills for solution-oriented work
Confident, winning appearance
German language skills in spoken and written form
Good knowledge of MS Office as well as Nova CAD/CAE
