Chief Growth Officer (CGO).

This newly created key position offers the rare opportunity to actively shape the development of an international platform company and, together with the executive team, create sustainable growth and strong network effects.

The opportunity

This is not a classic management role. It is the chance to help build an international company during a crucial growth phase.

As Chief Growth Officer, you are responsible for all topics related to growth, community, and platform development. Together with the CEO, COO, and CPTO, you develop the international growth strategy and create the conditions for sustainable scaling. You do not develop short-term marketing campaigns. You develop growth systems. You create communities. You establish data-driven decision-making processes and build a digital ecosystem that can make a sustainable contribution to the future of healthcare worldwide.

Your mission

Your task is to develop an ambitious platform into an internationally leading digital ecosystem for healthcare professionals.

You create sustainable growth, increase user activity, and build a community that connects people, builds trust, and offers long-term value.

In doing so, you combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and develop scalable structures.

• Close collaboration with product and technology
• Optimising the entire user journey
• Developing data-driven growth initiatives
• Supporting international expansion

Your profile

We are not looking for a classic manager. We are looking for a builder.

A personality who takes responsibility, thinks entrepreneurially, and enjoys creating something new. You have a proven track record in building or scaling digital platforms, communities, or high-growth business models and now want to take the next step into a key role.

Ideally, you bring experience from several of the following areas:

• Digital platforms
• Marketplace or platform business models
• SaaS
• Community platforms
• Consumer platforms
• HR tech
• Healthcare tech
• International scale-ups

In addition, you have solid experience in:

• Growth
• User acquisition
• Community building
• Engagement & retention
• KPI and data-driven corporate management
• AI-supported growth strategies
• International business development

Fluent English is a prerequisite. Experience in the healthcare environment is an advantage but not a requirement. What matters is your ability to create sustainable growth, inspire people, and successfully implement ambitious visions.
