Role:
Good business applications arise where expertise meets well-thought-out low-code architecture. It is exactly at this interface that you work as a Power Automate & Power Apps Engineer with the Microsoft Power Platform. In workshops, you translate vague ideas into viable solution concepts and then implement them yourself. Standard functions take priority for you, and targeted customising is used judiciously. This creates applications that run stably and can be cleanly further developed.
Responsibilities:
In technical workshops, you analyse customer requirements and assess whether standard, low-code, or a custom extension is the appropriate response.
You build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps and implement the application logic with Power Fx.
You design data structures, business rules, forms, and role-based access in Microsoft Dataverse.
Additionally, you automate business processes with Power Automate, from cloud flows to approval processes.
Furthermore, you integrate Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint, and external systems via connectors and REST APIs and enhance solutions with Azure Services or Copilot Studio.
You also separate environments cleanly, manage releases via Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and systematically fix errors.
Qualifications:
You have at least three years of practical experience in developing solutions with the Power Platform.
You master Power Apps in both variants, and you confidently implement complex workflows in Power Automate.
Data modelling in Dataverse is your domain, and you know the platform’s permission and security concepts in detail.
Deployments between environments are familiar to you, as are integrations with Teams, Dynamics 365, and custom connectors.
Experience with Azure, Copilot Studio, or comparable bot technologies is a plus, as is a relevant Microsoft certification.
You also bring know-how in requirements engineering and communicate fluently in German and English with departments and developers.
