Laboratory Specialist QC Microbiology (m/f/d)

General Information:

Your Tasks:

Independent processing and follow-up of Deviation Reports (DRs) and Assessments in close cooperation with Quality Assurance and relevant interfaces
Responsibility for the entire deviation management process including root cause analysis (RCA, 5-Why), definition, implementation and follow-up of CAPAs
Planning, coordination and documentation of change requests for processes and methods within quality control
Creation, review and updating of GMP-relevant documents such as SOPs, test specifications, work instructions and reports
Execution of special assignments as well as general laboratory and service activities according to applicable cGMP guidelines
Ensuring efficient and GMP-compliant microbiological analytics while adhering to all relevant quality and compliance requirements
Collaboration in cross-departmental projects within QC and with production units as well as willingness for occasional weekend, on-call and public holiday duties

Your Profile:

Completed studies in the field of biosciences, e.g. biotechnology, microbiology, bioengineering or comparable discipline (Bachelor or Master)
At least 2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a GMP-regulated environment
Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems as well as relevant GMP standards
Experience with deviations, CAPAs, root cause analyses and GMP documentation is an advantage
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong quality and compliance awareness as well as high personal responsibility and result orientation
Very good organisational skills, strategic thinking and a team-oriented working style with a focus on continuous improvement
