Together with our team, you ensure a reliable and customer-oriented provision of our emergency call services. You appreciate contact with predominantly older people, have a technical flair, and want to make a concrete contribution to their safety and independence through your work.
Collaboration in the Emergency Call Department with 80-100%
What you can achieve
You competently advise interested parties on our emergency call systems as well as other offers from the Basel Red Cross and support them in choosing the right solution.
You process reports from the emergency call centre and coordinate the resulting measures.
You maintain and manage customer data in our digital systems and ensure high data quality.
You install and instruct our emergency call systems on site and are regularly out in the field for this purpose.
You present our services to partner organisations and multipliers, such as Spitex organisations, and convey the added value of the Red Cross emergency call.
You take on a variety of administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient organisation of the service.
You have the opportunity to actively help shape the work area, bring in new impulses, and help shape the further development of our services.
What you bring with you
Strong customer and service orientation
High social competence and empathy in dealing with older people
Administrative and organisational strength as well as the ability to keep an overview even in a varied and complex workday
Enjoyment in presenting to groups and conveying information
Confidence in dealing with technical topics and technical flair
Fluent oral and written communication in German; additional language skills are an advantage
Team spirit, flexibility, independence, and resilience
Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Commercial training or equivalent professional experience at KV Profile E level is an advantage
Solid ICT user knowledge
Category B driving licence
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to new developments and areas of responsibility
Interest in actively shaping and further developing the service and the work area
