Your Tasks

Preparation and conduct of price, contract and condition negotiations with suppliers.

Independent processing and monitoring of orders, forecasts, order confirmations, delivery dates, framework agreements and invoices.

Analysis of procurement and supplier markets as well as conducting make-or-buy analyses.

Handling of quality deviations, supplier returns and repair orders.

Maintenance and further development of supplier relationships as well as master data management in the ERP system.

Your Profile

Business management training at HF/FH level

Several years of professional experience in purchasing in a manufacturing industrial or mechanical engineering company

Experience in procuring technical components as well as reading technical drawings, parts lists and specifications

Confident use of MS Office and SAP as well as a structured and independent working style

Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
