YOUR TASKS
- Support of the management and sales managers in carrying out their tasks in an international environment
- Appointment and calendar management as well as preparation of the corresponding content and documents
- Organization of customer visits (invitations, visas, travel arrangements, etc.)
- Organization of events (conferences, symposia, employee events)
- Creation of presentations and reports
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed professional training in the field of assistance / event management (Federal Diploma)
- Several years of experience in a similar position in an international context
- Excellent spelling skills as well as very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Language skills: fluent German, very good English skills
- Analytical skills and interconnected thinking
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
- Communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and creativity
