• You lead the school administration department professionally, personally and organisationally and further develop your team
• You are responsible for the administrative processes of our primary school – from student and personnel administration to day care structures
• You further develop existing processes, introduce new impulses and drive digitalisation forward
• You lead diverse projects and actively shape the future of school administration

What you bring with you

• You have several years of leadership and professional experience, ideally in the education or administrative environment, and know how to develop people and organisations
• You think in networks, act solution-oriented and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• You convince with strong communication skills, social competence and a confident appearance
• Digital transformation is not a foreign word to you and you enjoy making processes more efficient
