Your tasks
Your varied and responsible job revolves primarily around oral health and how you make the world a better and healthier place thanks to it.
- You lead the Technical Internal Service team professionally and personally and support your employees in daily operations.
- You coordinate deployment planning together with the responsible scheduling specialist and ensure that our service technicians are deployed efficiently and on time.
- You support the continuous optimisation of deployment and route planning as well as smooth order processing.
- You accompany the responsible specialist for the spare parts warehouse and ensure efficient, customer-oriented warehouse processes together with them.
- You assist with inventory control, warehouse management, and the coordination of orders and goods receipts.
- You manage and monitor internal workshop repairs as well as external repairs with manufacturers at home and abroad.
- You review and approve cost estimates and ensure complete repair documentation.
- You check technician reports and their correct and timely recording.
- You review and approve invoices and ensure the correct billing of internal and external repair services.
- You handle customer complaints in the area of repairs and billing, develop customer-oriented solutions, and ensure professional communication.
- You work closely with internal departments, our service technicians, and external partners and continuously develop processes in the Technical Internal Service.
Your profile

- You have a technical basic education and ideally have already gained experience in technical internal service, customer service, or service area.
- You are familiar with the dental industry, preferably from your own experience.
- You bring initial leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership role.
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You think solution-oriented, enjoy organising, and like to continuously improve processes.
- You convince with your communication skills and enjoy working with different internal and external contacts.
- You have a high quality and service awareness and act customer-oriented.
- You work independently, take responsibility, and motivate your team with a positive and appreciative manner.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or have a strong IT affinity.
- You have very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
