IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge as a certified computer scientist or IT technician? In this role, you take responsibility for supporting the IT infrastructure, including desktop, office, and server systems, as well as communication systems. You work closely with central IT and employees on site to ensure a smooth IT infrastructure. You contribute your experience and knowledge to keep IT systems running and resolve issues. You are an important part of the team and help ensure the IT infrastructure operates efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities:
You support users such as software developers, engineers, and the management team
In this role, you install standard applications via SCCM and manage installations and licences for specialised applications
As an IT System Administrator, you independently and flexibly handle problems and disruptions
You budget, evaluate, procure, install, configure, and maintain hardware/software for use in the office, laboratory, and meeting rooms
You ensure the operation of the productive IT infrastructure, including maintenance work during off-peak hours
In this role, you provide local IT support Level 1 and 2, including backup, restore, and archiving
Qualifications:
You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ and have since trained as a certified IT technician HF/TS as a system administrator specialising in "IT infrastructure" or are currently in training
You have in-depth IT knowledge in Windows 11, Office 365, and Linux, as well as ideally development tools
You are characterised by flexibility, resilience, service orientation, and personal commitment
You possess initiative, calmness in a hectic business environment, and the ability to prioritise tasks independently
You have a quick grasp and are open to new things
You have good language skills in German and English
