Internal Sales Consultant Tyres and Rims (60-100%)

Are you communicative, organised and enjoy customer contact? Can you keep an overview even when several enquiries arrive simultaneously? Then we look forward to welcoming you to our team in Sursee.
Your tasks
Induction & Collaboration
In your initial phase, you will get to know our internal procedures and processes. You will work closely with the customer service, sales, workshop and warehouse departments and ensure a smooth workflow in daily business.
Customer advice & support
You competently look after and advise our customers across all channels – in person, by phone and in writing. You handle enquiries and concerns in a solution-oriented and service-conscious manner.
Ensuring customer satisfaction
You recognise customer needs early and do everything possible to find optimal solutions. A positive customer experience is your top priority.
Order processing & coordination
You carefully record orders, coordinate their processing and ensure the quality of our services. Your structured way of working and attention to detail are crucial.
Team & administrative support
You support the team with general administrative tasks, contribute to a well-maintained working environment and promote a positive, collegial atmosphere.
What you bring
- Completed vocational training (3–4 years) in a relevant field
- An outgoing, open personality with a positive attitude
- Very good communication and stylistic skills
- Fluent German, English skills an advantage
- Willingness to continue learning and openness to new tasks and technologies
