Within portfolio management, we provide comprehensive services for Swiss and international real estate investments in the sense of direct owner representation of clients. The versatile tasks are carried out by a highly specialised team for our institutional clients.

As part of the succession planning for our central coordination office in Basel, we are looking for a personality as Specialist Assistant Real Estate Portfolio Management (60 - 100%) from 1 March 2027 or earlier.

Your tasks:

• Back office and administration: organising meetings, preparing appointments, and taking minutes

• Professional coordination: managing and coordinating tasks in the areas of taxes, insurance, and auditing

• Document management: preparing reports and business documents as well as maintaining contacts, deadlines, and guarantees

• Finance: participating in controlling, processing payments, and handling project invoices

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training

• Solid professional experience, preferably in the real estate sector

• Independent, committed, and team-oriented personality who handles stressful situations well

• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action

• High level of empathy and adaptability in dealing with different personalities

• Strong communication skills and good knowledge of French
