For our clients in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a flexible, service-oriented and upbeat personality as a Mobile Receptionist.
As part of our mobile reception team, you support various client locations and ensure a professional and warm welcome there. In doing so, you get to know different companies, people and work environments and contribute your strengths where support is needed.

What to expect

• You support various reception teams at our clients in Central Switzerland and get to know different companies and work environments.
• You are the first point of contact for guests, employees and external partners and ensure a professional first impression.
• You take on varied tasks around reception, visitor care and administration.
• You work independently and take responsibility at different locations.
• You benefit from a varied working day where no day is like the other.

What you bring

• Experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, administration or a comparable service function.
• Enjoyment of varied assignments and willingness to work at different locations in Central Switzerland.
• With your upbeat manner and professional appearance, you create a pleasant atmosphere for guests and employees.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
• An independent, reliable and organised way of working as well as confident handling of common MS Office applications.
• Flexibility, team spirit and the ability to quickly adapt to new people, teams and situations.
