FBT Fahrzeug- und Maschinenbau AG is a medium-sized, innovative company with around 40 employees. We develop and produce customised solutions, especially ramp systems for bus and rail transport as well as various contract work.

As a subsidiary of Carrosserie Hess AG, we are part of a strong corporate group.

All-round Talent Administration & Executive Assistant (m/f/d) 60–80%

Your profile:

• Education: Successfully completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Experience: Sound knowledge in accounting as well as in human resources (HR)
• Strengths: Strong organisational talent and excellent communication skills
• Passion: Great interest in marketing topics and noticeable enthusiasm for social media
• Working style: Independent, precise, discreet and solution-oriented

Your area of responsibility:

• Executive Assistance: Relieving and supporting management in daily operational business
• Finance & HR: Collaboration in accounting and support in HR processes from entry to exit
• Marketing & Social Media: Managing our social media channels and co-designing marketing activities
• Event Management: Planning and organising unforgettable employee and customer events
• Office Organisation: Central point for administrative matters and correspondence
