What you can achieve

  • You are the first point of contact for our owners in Andermatt Reuss and ensure warm, personal and professional care.
  • You build long-term relationships and create unforgettable owner experiences with first-class service.
  • You coordinate individual lifestyle and concierge services such as reservations, transport, housekeeping and other services.
  • You recommend suitable leisure, sport and lifestyle offers and enthuse owners about the Andermatt region.
  • You coordinate enquiries efficiently with internal departments and external partners and ensure smooth processes.
  • You handle enquiries, concerns and feedback in a solution-oriented manner with a high level of service orientation.
  • You support the development of a lively owner community and organise activities and events.
  • You carefully maintain owner data, preferences and service histories in the system.
  • You support administrative processes such as invoicing, reporting and the management of access authorisations and key cards.
  • You identify optimisation potential and continuously develop our owner experience.
What you bring with you
  • Completed training in hospitality, tourism, hospitality management or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in guest service, concierge, front office, customer relations or a comparable role.
  • Strong host mentality and enjoyment in building long-term customer relationships.
  • High service orientation as well as a confident and professional appearance.
  • Organisational talent with an independent and structured way of working.
  • Resilient, flexible and solution-oriented – even in a dynamic environment.
  • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally experience with CRM or property management systems.

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination Andermatt with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss.
