Student Assistant Clinic for Neuroradiology 40-60%
immediate start or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Telephone communication with internal departments, patients
- Reception, care and information at the patient reception (explaining MRI and CT questionnaires, giving changing instructions, etc.)
- Regular processing of emails (e.g. recording external referrals)
- Checking and sending appointments for patients (MRI and CT appointments)
- Clarifications with the specialists of scheduling and radiology in the context of MRI examinations
- Assisting patients in need with changing clothes if required
Your profile
- Student of psychology, medicine, health sciences or a related course of study, ideally shortly before completing the bachelor’s degree or already in the master’s programme
- First professional experience in dealing with patients or in demanding customer contact is an advantage
- High resilience and enjoyment in dealing with people in sometimes challenging situations
- Reliable, precise and independent working style, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Interest in neuroradiological examinations as well as working in an interdisciplinary environment

Working hours / deployment
- Start of work between 08:00 / 08:30, end of work between 17:00 / 17:30
- Possible working days: Monday or Friday (Thursday also possible, by arrangement)
