Citrix Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

The 400 colleagues, including 19 apprentices and over 350 consultants, system, network and solution engineers, as well as the performance-oriented and innovative corporate culture, offer customers bundled expertise at various locations in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
Support and further development of Citrix infrastructures including XenApp, Citrix Desktop, PVS and NetScaler
Administration of Windows server and client systems in the customer environment
Analysis and resolution of technical faults to ensure stable IT operations
Planning and implementation of maintenance, changes and smaller IT projects
Participation in incident, problem and change management as well as coordination of external partners
Qualifications:
Several years of experience with Citrix and Microsoft Windows in customer environments
Sound knowledge of Citrix XenApp, PVS, Desktop and NetScaler
Certifications Citrix CCA-V and CCA-N
Strong skills in troubleshooting and technical fault analysis
Very good German and good English skills as well as a high willingness to learn
