Introduction

On behalf of our client, a renowned global company (6000+ employees) from the technical industry, we are looking for a likeable person for the global headquarters on Lake Zurich (Pfäffikon SZ, parking spaces in front of the building and 1-2 days home office possible) to start immediately or by arrangement

Type of Work

In this versatile role, you will take on a central position in the area of HR systems, HR operations, and data management. You ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of global HR data and act as the first point of contact for operational HR system inquiries. Your main tasks include maintaining and further developing the global HRIS, conducting data analyses and quality controls, as well as managing the HR ticketing system. Furthermore, you are responsible for maintaining organisational structures within the HR system landscape and supporting organisational changes at national and international levels. The creation and preparation of reports as well as supporting HR management in data-based decisions complete your varied range of tasks. Requirements Profile

To successfully take on this exciting challenge, you have completed further training or studies in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline. You already have many years of experience with global HRIS solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday) and HR processes and possess very good analytical skills. Professional handling of reporting tools and Excel is among your strengths, as is your structured and precise way of working. You are characterised by a high service orientation, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders. In addition, you are used to coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and international environment. You communicate fluently in German and very well in English.
