What you can contribute
- Collaborate in the conception and implementation of operational management tools for portfolio management
- Help shape the introduction of the two methods Lean Portfolio Management and Lean Budgeting in process design and interfaces, as well as create the necessary documentation
- Assist in improving and automating end-to-end data quality through data collection, processing, and reporting
- Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of activities in specialist leadership and help to further develop them
- Create documents and conduct demand-oriented training, workshops, and support offers in the two areas of Lean Portfolio Management and Lean Budget
- Take the opportunity to independently conceive and implement projects (e.g. feedback cycles, agile working and learning methods, and resource management)
What makes you unique
- Completed university degree in business administration or computer science, cybersecurity
- Independent and structured working style as well as creative and innovative thinking
- Quick comprehension as well as a courageous and proactive personality
- Interest in and openness to agile working methods (especially in IT)
- Military experience (as a militia army member) in basic training or as a full-time soldier is an advantage
