Your area of responsibility
- Development and optimisation of herbal medicinal forms as well as galenic further development of existing preparations from laboratory to production scale.
- Planning, execution and evaluation of experimental test series as well as monitoring of stability profiles in cooperation with analytics.
- Creation of technical development documents, formulation reports and risk analyses to ensure process robustness.
- Participation in the establishment and maintenance of an internal departmental knowledge management system.
- Preparation of quality-relevant CTD modules for approval procedures and regulatory change notifications.
- Support of technology transfers as well as implementation of process optimisations and validations.
- Handling of GMP deviations including root cause analysis and determination and control of CAPA measures.
- Comprehensive management of development projects involving interfaces with production, QA, QC, regulatory affairs, purchasing, marketing and raw material sourcing.
Your profile
- Completed studies in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, process engineering or a comparable scientific discipline.
- Relevant experience in galenic development or manufacture of pharmaceuticals or supplements, ideally in the field of phytotherapy.
- Sound knowledge of the GMP-regulated environment.
- Confident handling of complex data sets as well as analytical competence in interpreting stability and manufacturing processes.
- Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Pragmatic, scientifically based working method as well as the ability to convey complex matters precisely.
- High commitment, team orientation and identification with sustainable, nature-based product concepts.
