Our team is looking for a Specialist in Sales Management (80 - 100 %)

Your tasks

Your responsibilities include the operational support and management of our sales department as well as the organisation and coordination of events, specialist conferences, and sales occasions. You create and maintain presentations, training and information materials, and share responsibility for managing sales-relevant content in the extranet. You are responsible for processing, controlling, and reporting compensation and payments and support sales controlling with additional tasks.

Your duties also include maintaining sales-relevant employee data as well as coordinating registrations/deregistrations and training sequences. You assist in monitoring the statutory training obligations of our tied insurance intermediaries and participate in sales-related projects. The further development and digitalisation of sales processes, standards, and work tools, as well as occasional telephone support for our sales partners, complete your varied range of tasks.

You are an organised and service-oriented person who enjoys working independently and in a structured manner. You have a good analytical understanding and enjoy collaborating with various internal and external contacts. You are digitally savvy, think process-oriented, and contribute your own ideas to optimise existing procedures. Reliability, strong communication skills, and flexibility are among your strengths.

• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
