As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you put modern working methods with Microsoft 365 (M365) into practice. You advise clients on an equal footing, delve deeply into technical contexts, and translate them understandably. You move confidently between technology, organisation, and people. Those who want to combine consulting, project work, and technology will find a role here with plenty of scope for creativity.
Responsibilities:
You independently configure Microsoft 365 and coordinate further developments with development, cloud, and security teams.
You immerse yourself in technical details and apply best practices of the solutions used.
Furthermore, you lead customer workshops alone or together with the team.
You apply new technologies and modern methods practically in projects, for example around Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
Additionally, you support sales in presentations and contribute to proposals.
You also actively develop the service offering further.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in a comparable role or a suitable background as a career changer.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 distinguishes you; certifications are welcome or you are building them up.
Experience in project work and consulting is part of your toolkit.
You communicate persuasively, approach people openly, and build trust.
You also have a good sense of organisations and economic contexts.
Moreover, you are fluent in German at a native level, ideally including Swiss German, and knowledge of change management methods is a plus.
