Type of Work

In this varied and responsible position, you will take technical responsibility for demanding customer environments and make a significant contribution to the further development of modern IT workplaces. You plan, implement and operate professional customer platforms and accompany technical projects as well as changes from conception to successful implementation.

Your duties include analysing new requirements in terms of technical feasibility and developing suitable solution concepts. In addition, you analyse disruptions and error conditions, initiate appropriate measures and ensure their sustainable resolution. You will work closely with customers and internal specialists and actively contribute to the stability and further development of IT infrastructures.

Requirements Profile

For this position, you have several years of experience as a System Engineer and have continuously expanded your expertise through appropriate training and further education in the IT field. You bring sound knowledge of the Microsoft server and client environment and have practical experience with Microsoft Azure Services, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Additionally, you possess good knowledge in the area of Exchange On-Premises and/or Exchange Online. An independent, structured and solution-oriented working style characterises you as well as your high customer and service orientation. You communicate confidently in German; good English skills are an advantage.
