The SAHB is a nationwide Swiss specialist centre for independent advice for people with disabilities and their relatives. We offer competent support in the procurement of aids and facilities and accompany people on the path to as self-determined a life as possible. In addition, we prepare expert technical assessments for social insurances and manage the aids in the invalidity insurance depot.

To strengthen our team in Oensingen, we are looking for a

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for the operation, support and further development of the applications and ICT systems used
• Coordination and management of external ICT service providers and suppliers
• Support and training of employees (first and second level support)
• Creation and maintenance of user documentation, manuals and process descriptions
• Procurement, management and documentation of ICT resources (hardware, software, licences)
• Participation in the planning and implementation of ICT projects
• Analysis, optimisation and further development of existing systems and processes
• Ensuring information security and supporting data protection issues
• Advising management and specialist departments on ICT matters

Your profile

• Completed training in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of activity in an SME
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure/Entra ID an advantage)
• Experience in working with external ICT service providers
• Knowledge in the areas of IT security and data protection
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High service and customer orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form and good oral French skills
