Your tasks include ...
- leading your HR team with trust, clarity and appreciation.
- advising management and leaders as a sparring partner on all HR matters and providing guidance even on demanding topics.
- proactively shaping our personnel planning and personnel marketing.
- actively driving the recruitment and retention of the right employees.
- critically reviewing HR processes, structures and systems and further developing them where it makes sense.
- creating transparency with relevant HR key figures and supporting well-founded decisions.
- bringing the HR perspective to cross-departmental topics and projects.
You fit with us if you ...
- have advanced education or training in Human Resources (e.g. federal specialist certificate with further qualification, HFP, HF/FH or comparable training) as well as several years of HR and leadership experience.
- are familiar with operational HR as well as strategic issues.
- are well-versed in Swiss labour law.
- approach people empathetically while leading clearly and decisively.
- quickly recognise connections, think ahead and find pragmatic solutions.
- have the courage to address issues, make decisions and initiate changes.
- understand HR as a partner who listens, supports, challenges and achieves impact.

The Am Bachgraben Retirement Home is more than a place to live; it is a home for over 210 residents. With over 320 dedicated employees, we offer not only a wide range of care and support but also specialised assistance for people with dementia and in palliative care. Additionally, we support our residents with acute medical needs and provide holistic and compassionate care in old age. Our offering is complemented by 85 age-appropriate apartments and numerous services.
