To complete our HR team, we are looking for a winning, customer-oriented and discreet personality as
HR Business Partner m/f/d 60-100%
Your tasks
- Ensuring the qualitative execution of all operational HR processes (recruitment, consulting, support, development, separation)
- Building sustainable and trusting relationships with managers and employees
- Advising and supporting managers on personnel, organisational and labour law matters
- Contact person for the assigned divisions and any subsidiaries / affiliated companies
- Supporting change processes in the organisation and the further development of managers and employees
- Implementation and support of HR initiatives and projects in the line
Your qualities
- You have a federal HR specialist certificate and further training in project/change management, coaching, labour law or leadership management
- You bring several years of professional experience in a similar role
- You have experience in succession planning, performance management, handling complex personnel cases, advising managers and reorganisations
- You speak fluent German and ideally have good English skills
- You are an independent, responsible and implementation-strong person with a structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- 13th monthly salary gross for net
