To strengthen our backoffice team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an upbeat and motivated

Backoffice & Customer Care Assistant 100% (m/f/d)

(Languages Flemish/Dutch an Advantage)

Your Tasks

Active customer advice and support as well as sales by telephone for our customers in Switzerland and Europe in D/F/E
Processing enquiries and preparing offers
Handling the order process, including order entry, coordination with external warehouses and organisation of transports
Invoicing and handling of goods returns/credit notes (retail and e-commerce)
Monitoring of scheduled orders
Tracking of goods deliveries to the various external warehouses
Analysis and resolution of stock discrepancies
Control of automatically generated orders in the ERP system - monitoring of various automated processes and taking corrective action if necessary
Support for sales staff, but also direct contact with the market
Contact by e-mail and telephone with customers, authorities and colleagues from other departments and locations
Deputising for the team leader and colleagues during their absences

Your Profile

Completed commercial (or comparable) vocational training
At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position in an international environment
Very good language skills in German, French and English (Dutch/Flemish an Advantage)
Good MS Office user skills
Independent and responsible way of working
Upbeat and motivated personality
