The success story of Jucker Farm began with the Juckerhof in Seegräben. The experience farm welcomes thousands of enthusiastic visitors every year. In the best location with the most beautiful view in the Zurich Oberland, sustainable agriculture is made tangible here. The farm restaurant offers seasonal products in self-service, bread is hand-baked in the farm bakery, and we sell our homemade products in the farm shops. Events and seminars for up to 400 people take place on the farm, as well as the legendary pumpkin exhibition every autumn.

Do you want to help us make agricultural history? Then become part of the Jucker Farm family! To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Baker*Confectioner 80% with a focus on bakery (including night shifts) from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.

What awaits you

In our bakery-confectionery at the Juckerhof, you produce the daily requirements for our gastronomy, events, and locations. This includes the production of bread, small bread, and pastries for all our locations. You produce for the daily gastronomy as well as for events and ensure a consistently good quality of our products, making sure that our restaurant buffets are always inviting and fully stocked. Recipes, workflows, and a clean working method are not secondary to you but the basis for good products. General cleaning tasks, minor administrative duties, receiving deliveries, and assisting in the confectionery are part of your daily routine. You work independently, think ahead, and are eager to actively shape the future of our bakery-confectionery. As a 24/7 operation, we offer our customers fresh products daily. Therefore, we expect corresponding flexibility and willingness to work variable shifts, including at night.

What you bring

You have completed an apprenticeship as a Baker*Confectioner EFZ/EBA and enjoy the craft. You take pride in your work, like to pamper guests, and have an eye for quality, freshness, and attractive presentation. You enjoy working in a team, are communicative, and pitch in wherever needed. At the same time, you can work independently (alone at night), think ahead, and like to contribute your own ideas. You have a quick grasp and keep an overview even when the operation is busy. Very good German skills complete your profile.
