Responsibility for the stable operation and continuous development of Microsoft Hybrid Exchange environments
Administration and optimisation of Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)
Handling complex requirements in incident, problem, and change management
Technical collaboration on IT projects as well as further development of modern Microsoft platforms in cooperation with partners
Support of demanding customers as the central contact person including assistance with critical disruptions and emergencies
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in an enterprise environment with a focus on Microsoft infrastructures
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, hybrid environments and associated security solutions
Experience with virtualisation, server operating systems and modern workplace technologies
High willingness to learn, initiative and interest in new technologies and trends
