ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

- Ensuring the promised stability of the installed solutions
- Consulting and training customers in the use of the deployed systems
- Creating operational and acceptance documentation for the customer
- Assisting in the design phase and "Proof of Concept" installations
- Ensuring billable services
- Taking over operational support for individual customers
- 2nd and 3rd level support
Qualifications:
- Training as an IT specialist EFZ or in the electrical/electronic field
- Several years of IT experience
- Solid experience as a system engineer in the Microsoft Windows Server environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Azure/Cloud environment, Regex as well as Group Policy Management, AD/IIS
- Very systematic and structured working method and conceptual skills
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
