Solution Architect (m/f/x) ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / ITAM

Job Description

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a key role in our delivery team, be responsible for the entire platform design, and translate customer business requirements into technical solutions. You ensure the architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Development of end-to-end ServiceNow architectures across modules such as ITSM, ITOM & ITAM
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance across ServiceNow projects
• Design of integration architectures (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Service Graph Connectors)
• Definition of platform architecture principles, standards, and guardrails
• Collaboration with customers (Platform Owners, Product Owners, Architects) to present designs and align solutions
• Support in pre-sales (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM), including scoping, sizing, documentation approval, and production release acceptance
• Conducting ServiceNow demos for customers to showcase platform capabilities and solutions
• Strong presence as a trusted advisor with customers and senior stakeholders

Your Profile

• Several years of proven experience working with ServiceNow platforms
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Technical Consultant
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • ITSM, CMDB & CSDM
  • ITOM Discovery (on-prem and cloud), ACC and integrations
  • ITAM
  • Flow Designer, JavaScript, SQL, import sets and transform maps
• Profound understanding of CMDB governance/architecture, including Identification & Reconciliation Engine and its impact on data quality
• Experience with agile / SAFe / hybrid project execution
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM certification; any additional CIS such as Discovery, SAM, HAM or a CTA would be advantageous
• Communication and teamwork skills with a proactive can-do attitude combined with proactive personal responsibility
• Ability to balance standardisation versus customer-specific requirements
