What you can achieve:
- Advise managers of various levels and departments competently and support them in fulfilling their responsibilities regarding safety and health protection in production
- Be the point of contact for all Feldschlösschen production sites when it comes to questions about safety and health protection
- Maintain a strong presence on the front line to strengthen the safety culture and close safety gaps through safety inspections and discussions
- Conduct training sessions, especially leadership training, contribute to the development of corresponding training modules, and organise safety days
- Plan, conduct, and document safety inspections, hazard identifications, and risk assessments at various sites throughout Switzerland
- Lead accident investigations, monitor all safety and health systems at production sites, and review requirements for work permits in high-risk activities
Your toolkit:
- Completed technical, craft, or comparable vocational training
- Training as a specialist in occupational safety and health protection or safety engineer
- At least 5 years of professional experience in occupational safety and health protection in an industrial production environment
- Sound knowledge of Swiss legislation in the field of occupational safety and health protection
- Excellent communication skills and experience in training employees and supervisors at all levels
- Ability to engage different target groups, listen, and convey safety requirements clearly, practically, and convincingly
- Good German language skills; French/English skills are an advantage
