Our Client

Our client is an internationally active biopharmaceutical company specialising in the clinical manufacture of biologics, known for its focus on Operational Excellence. As a Junior Batch Record Reviewer (m/f/d), you will be part of the Operational Excellence team.

Your Tasks

• Batch record review: You check completed batch records (USP, DSP, weighing & filling processes, solution/media preparation) for ALCOA+ and GDP compliance
• Material tracking: You review completed PI sheets in COMET/SAP and verify planning bills of materials (BOMs) for material tracking
• Quality support: You identify documentation gaps or errors and coordinate their resolution with the production teams
• Process documentation: You support the creation of batch record templates together with Process Operations and Quality
• Deviation support: You assist with deviations, corrections and investigations and ensure GMP-compliant archiving

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or a related field
• Experience: Practical experience in a GMP-regulated production environment, ideally in biologics
• Documentation know-how: Practical knowledge in batch record review or manufacturing documentation
• GDP: Solid understanding of GDP principles
• Systems: Experience with paper-based and/or electronic batch records (EBR)
• Languages: Very good German and English skills
