The Intercantonal University of Special Education (HfH) is the most important Swiss competence centre for special and remedial education with around 2,000 students. For the Institute of Language and Communication, we are looking for a committed individual as Advanced / Senior Lecturer Speech Therapy 80–100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Planning, implementation and further development of courses in Bachelor and/or Master degree programmes in Speech Therapy
• Supervision and support of students in the context of Bachelor and/or Master theses
• Participation in curricular development as well as innovative teaching formats and institute-related development tasks
• Opportunity to participate in research and development projects as well as in continuing education offerings and/or services

Your profile

• University degree at Master level in a relevant subject such as Speech Therapy or Language Therapy
• As a Senior Lecturer, a doctorate or an equivalent achievement is expected; a CAS in University Didactics is an advantage
• Several years of professional and/or university experience with proven interest in teaching and student support
• Interest in university development and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
