Contract Services Clerk (all)
How you shape health
- Timely processing of simple and complex mutations, insurance changes and double insurances
- Supporting sales staff with customer enquiries
- Ensuring internal guidelines & requirements are met
- Contact with our competitors as well as clarifications with various authorities and offices
- Checking insurance obligation according to bilateral agreements
- Creating flawless customer correspondence
- Co-responsible for achieving team targets
What sets you apart
- Completed commercial training
- Ideally several years of professional experience in the health insurance industry
- An exact and independent working style is natural to you; you are also a quality- and customer-oriented personality
- Additionally, you complete your profile with initiative, willingness to develop and flexibility
- Confident German and English, any additional language is an advantage
