We are looking for you as a colleague in the Planning and Scheduling team:

Clerk in Scheduling and Master Data 80 – 100%

Your main tasks

• Scheduling of packaging and auxiliary materials including stock control
• Ensuring the availability of materials, handling deviations
• Invoice checking and processing, including import and customs invoices
• Opening and maintaining master data
• Planning and managing daily business with external confectioning and distribution partners

You bring with you

• Completed commercial or technical basic training as well as professional experience in the scheduling of packaging materials, preferably from a production company
• SAP knowledge (or experience with another ERP system)
• Analytical skills, quick comprehension, affinity for processes and numbers
• Independent, efficient and reliable working style; strong communication skills
• Good French and English skills, spoken and written
