In this diverse role
- you advise and support managers and employees in all strategic and operational HR matters
- you assist departments with organisational changes, reorganisations and challenging personnel issues
- you develop high-performing organisations together with the managers and promote a modern leadership culture
- you accompany the entire employee lifecycle – from workforce planning through development and performance to exit
- you contribute to company-wide HR initiatives and bring in your experience in topics such as leadership, talent development or performance management
- you continuously develop our HR work together with the HR team and bring in new ideas
You will succeed here if
- you have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- you are a personable individual with strong consulting skills and present yourself confidently to managers
- you keep an overview even in demanding situations and find pragmatic, solution-oriented ways
- you are motivated by change and support people empathetically and with the necessary clarity
- you have a flair for digitalisation, technology and future topics
- you are confident in Swiss labour law, communicate fluently in German and hold an HR professional certificate or a comparable further qualification
- you see your workplace in Aarau, Zurich or St. Gallen and enjoy working across locations as well as regularly travelling to these sites
