For our office in Winterthur, we are looking for an engaged individual to join our team in the Construction & Real Estate Management department by arrangement as
Project Manager: Client Representation 60 - 100%
The Job
- Client-side project management across all phases - from planning to turnkey handover
- Independent control and implementation of construction projects on the client side with a focus on residential construction (renovations and new builds)
- Ensuring the client’s interests regarding costs, deadlines and quality
- Coordination and leadership of external planning offices and companies
- Representation of the owners’ interests towards authorities, planners and companies
- Preparation of condition and potential analyses, project definitions and decision-making bases
Your Profile
- Higher education as an architect, civil engineer or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in project management in the construction sector
- Experience in client representation and further training in sustainability is an advantage
- Confident appearance and assertiveness
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as goal-oriented and negotiation-secure communication
