Senior Application Manager HR Systems (m/f/d)

• You take on the professional responsibility for part of our HR system landscape and continuously develop it together with the team. In doing so, you work with existing systems such as rexx and also accompany the introduction and further development of future HR solutions.
• You analyse and prioritise requirements, question existing processes and actively shape our HR system landscape.
• As the interface between HR, IT, our decentralised personnel managers and external partners, you consolidate requirements and ensure appropriate solutions.
• You accompany major developments and new introductions from the idea to successful implementation and also take on the management of HR system projects.
• Testing, acceptance and quality assurance are also part of your tasks, as well as participation in system administration and 2nd-/3rd-level support.

• You have several years of experience in supporting and further developing applications, ideally in the HR system environment.
• You are experienced in requirements and project management and know how to analyse, prioritise needs and derive appropriate solutions.
• You think in a networked way, have a good understanding of processes and feel comfortable at the interface between the specialist department and IT.
• You combine conceptual thinking with a pronounced hands-on mentality and like to get involved in implementation yourself.
• You have training or a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification and bring a good understanding of HR and IT.
• Self-responsibility, team spirit and openness to new things characterise you.
